Future of UBER
You might have traveled with UBER at least once in your life, as it is quite reasonable to say. UBER has acquired itself with the latest technology and has modified its policies with time.
UBER was founded in March 2009 UBER which operates under Uber Technologies, Inc. is an American company that offers ride-hailing services, food delivery, and a micro-mobility system with electric bikes and scooters. The company is based in San Francisco. Its services can be accessed via mobile apps and websites.
As of 2019, UBER is estimated to have more than 100 million users worldwide. In the United States, a 67% market share for ride-sharing in early 2019 and a 24% market share for food delivery in 2018.
UBER had revenue of $US 11.24 Billion, having more than 22,263 worldwide employees. UBER also owns other companies such as UBER EATS, Jump Bikes, CAREEM.
We cannot say that UBER will be dominating the ride-hailing services forever as there are also other competitors of UBER.
Also, UBER was ordered to stop its operations in the UK, and at the same time, Ola Cabs announced to expand its operations in the UK.
